The machine is equipped with an HC high-speed and high-precision motion controller. Servo motors are employed to control the film drawing process, ensuring easier and more accurate adjustments.

Through programmed operations, this machine can automatically complete the following procedures: PVC roller unwinding, PVC preheating, bottle forming, filling, end sealing, punching, and cutting.

The machine features a user-friendly human-machine interface, making its operation straightforward and uncomplicated.

The filling head is designed to be leak-proof, preventing foam formation and overflows during the filling process.

All parts that come into contact with the filled liquid are made of SUS316L stainless steel, meeting GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.

Depending on the specific filling materials, the filling system can be configured with either a peristaltic pump or a rotary valve pump, guaranteeing precise measurement and minimal filling variation.
