Configuration
1)Fixed length system of the machine adopts servo control, PLC control system, 7 inch touch screen operation system.
2)Main motor adopts frequency control
3)Feeding motor is 300W continuous current dynamo, and adopts swing-rod type control
4)Feeding tension adopts magnetic powder brake control, and adopts automatical deviation rectification control.
5)Hot knife is made of DL-HJT Copper alloy, temperature control adopts YATAI Temperature-controlled meter (China ), output part adopts solid state relay.
6)Cutter adopts Jialong bag cut knife, knife back and blade was made by 45#forged steel
7)Sliding part of cutter adopts linear guides
8)Plugged chassis adopts aluminum material
9)Whole mechanism is spray and stainless steel
