working principle:
the product flows the feed hopper into a vibratory chute and continues to go through inspection stage in the form of single layer. then the perforated screen in vibratory chute eliminates coarse dust and chips which are collected in a container. the capsules and tablets from the vibratory chute are placed on rotating rollers and are continuously turned&moved front of the operator, who can uses the adjustable mirror to inspect the opposite parts of the products, and therefore a reliable all rounded inspection is achieved. the rotation speed of the inspection rollers is adjustable individually, independent of the inspection speed.
