The BGB-C Series film-coating machine is high-efficiency, energy saving, safe, clean, computer-controlled and easy-to-use mechatronics equipment which is used for coating organic film, water soluble film, sow and release film in traditional Chinese and Western tablets and pills (including small pills, water-bindered, and granule, Featuring mechatronis and conforms to the requirement of GMP
Working principle:
The tablet cores to be film-coated make continuous complicated or-bital motion within a closed clean rotating drum under the action of a stream-line guide plate. Controlled by computer and according to the optimum technological parameters, they are automatically sprayed with film-coating medium, while hot air is supplied under a negative pressure controlled, the hot air pentrates through the tablet corelayers and is discharged from be-low the drum, so that the film-coating medium sprayed on the surface of tablet cores may dry rapidly and evenly, thereby forming a layer of solid, compact, neat and smooth surface film.
Feature:
With CIP online cleaning system, the D- type coating machines in addition to possess all the functions and characteristics of the C-type machine, but also have the following characteristics:
1. Different parts of the main machine collocated with a number of nozzles for cleaning machine on-line.
2. Configured the independent cleaning liquid booster distribution station to make sure the pressure of cleaning liquid form every spray header get up to 0.6Mpa and wash the coating machine effectively.
3. Configured the cycle cleaning and drainage systems for the cleaning process to choose
4. Under the control of the PLC, can program a number of cleaning procedures
5. Under the control of the PLC, dry the remanent water of each nozzle by compressed air.
6. Under the control of the PLC, implement fully automatic washing and drying process.
