Working Principle:
ZL Series Rotating Granulator Machine-Wet Powder Rotary Granulator is high in the grain making and shaping rate, perfect in the grain exterior appearance. Its automatic material discharge will avoid the grain damage caused by manual material discharge. The machine is suitable for the flow production. The machine's structure is reasonable and its external appearance is beautiful.
The ZL Series Rotating Granulator Machine makes the materials mixed into the desired grains. It is especially suitable for the materials that have high viscosity.
The motor can change speed and direction by the gear case, which make the Grinding Blade and materials pusher do opposite rotation., the materials pusher pin the materials by the inclined plane, and the Grinding Blade push the material to the screen barrel, then the materials formed into granules.
