Rotary Pharmaceutical Powder Vibration Screening Machine (ZS)

Structure& Performance : This machine is consisted of the hopper, vibration chamber, cluth, motor ect. The vibrating chamber is equipped by eccentric wheel, rubber soft pieces, Man shift, bearing etc. When the adjustable eccentric weight passed its gravity to the central line of main shift by the driving of motor to break the balance, then under the centrifugal force, the orbit spire of target materials is forced to change its way in the chamber, the size of swing of the weight regulator can be adjusted according to different kinds of target material or the number of mesh. The whole machine has the specialties of compact structure, small volume, non-dust flying, low noise, and high output, low energy consumption, easy to be moved and maintained.

BSIT-S600/800 series Osciating sifter produces vibration by centrifuge heavy hammers installed on both ends of stand-up vibration axis, Circumvolution of electromotor can cause level, vertical and slantwise motion of participating elements. Adjustion of phasic angle of upper and lower heavy hammers can change mtion orbit of matericals on the sifter to meet the needs of filtration. Alteration of weight of upper and lower heavy hammers can grow various vibration strength to get oprinsitic filtration.
