Bsit Brand CT-C Model Drying Oven Machine for Pharmaceutical/Chemical/Food Industry
1.Introduction:
hot air tray dryer equipped with system of low noise, hot resisting axial-flow fan and automatically temperature controlled device. The whole circulatory system i s in a totally closed situation, so the thermal efficiency can reach beyond 80%. This device saves a great deal of energy and raises the company's economic efficiency.
2. Range of application:
This machine is applied to heat, solidify, dry and dehydrate materials by pharmaceutical, chemical industry, farm and sideline production, marine product, light industry, heavy industry etc. The materials such as bulk drugs, crude drugs, prepared slices of Chinese crude drugs, dehydrated vegetables, plastic resin, dye, granulator, medicinal granules, pulvis, electrical appliances etc.
3. Main features:
a. Control cabinet adapts dash control (we also can product touch-control device by customers' requirements), to conveniently operate and increase of service life;
b. Hot air is in circular situation that raise the thermal efficiency and save the energy.
c. Adapts forced draft ventilation; equipped with adjustable air foil; materials dried uniform.
d. The whole machine with low noise; smooth operation; automatically temperature controlled device; conveniently install and repair.
e. Wide usage range. It can dry kinds of materials, it is general dry machine.
f. We can equip early or medium efficiency filter on inlet opening by customers' requirements.
4. Working Principle:
With steam for heating or electricity, air in the case heated by heat changer and then hot air prompted force cycle by fan, heat exchanged between baking pan and materials when hot air layer through, which gone with the materials volatilization humidity and finally the dry process finished.
